Man registers dog to vote

Thomas Tolbert, an American from Albuquerque, New Mexico, decided to have fun seeing if he could register his dog to vote. After having received the voter’s card for Buddy, he exposed how easy this fraud can be committed, since no one checks the data provided. But the county clerk, with a sense of humor that is typical of administrative professionals, has already said that Tolbert broke the law and now he must answer for what he did, being subjected to a penalty up to five years in prison. And if then Tolbert, a Republican, expects a favorable testimony by the dog, perhaps he will instead end up with a pee on his pants, for he registered Buddy as a Democrat.
