Stubborn dead man contradicts medical decision and decides to stay alive

A 30 year old man was pronounced dead after he crashed his Porsche in Melbourne, Australia. So far so good, but the unusual was that the man, despite being officially dead, started moving under the sheet. A trucker saw this, but as a good citizen, remained silent. But the man was still warm after been dead for more than one hour, and then they found he had a weak pulse. In addition to disregarding the doctors, the Porsche man caused a feeling of guilt to the poor trucker, who was later forced to admit: 'I do not know if I should have piped up earlier and said something."
