True, Homo erectus fooled us around for 300,000 years, but finally he has been uncovered in South Africa by a team of anthropologists from Universities of Toronto and Jerusalem. The researchers arrived at a place where Erectus had been cooking and socializing around the fire, but unfortunately they didn’t arrive in time to catch him red-handed.
