Major technology developers continue to look in our days for moments in which our brain and senses are not still being consumed by their devices. Google found that when we walk down the street, even with long talks on the mobile phone, we have a lot of spare time. So they invented glasses that make the landscape we have before us look like a desktop wallpaper, as we are constantly receiving information, warnings and contacts by the corner of the eye. A great way of being distracted and run over by a car, especially if the driver also wears these glasses.

If you think you’re happy, chances are you’re completely mistaken
A survey of a British website revealed the terrible truth: almost all of us are miserable unhappy. The study, by revealing that the age of 33 is the one in which people are happy, had a devastating impact on people of any other ages who thought they were happy. And if the younger ones may still have some hope, those who have already passed that age may even commit mass suicide, now that they learned that happiness is part of the past and the future will not bring it back. But the good part of being miserable is that, as we no longer have to worry about being happy, we can ignore all the studies, and we can start by this one.

Princes William and Kate pursued by nudists
The Dukes of Cambridge, recently married, went to live in Wales, near the Newborough beach. A beautiful beach, frequented by nudists and for which they wish an official status. People in the area expect nudists, although having no pockets, will benefit the region's economy. But the local councillor is against the idea, not so much because of the nudists, but because of “people who go and watch them from the trees”, leaving without a workplace the paparazzi who come to spy on William and Kate. That peaceful and idyllic place is getting scarcely peaceful and hardly idyllic, but on the other hand, is getting much more interesting, is it not?
Earth Hour ended climate change
On the last Saturday of March it was celebrated the Earth Hour, during which lights were turned off throughout the world, to draw attention to climate change. The initiative was born in Sydney in 2007 and now reaches 147 countries, including China, which is now the world's biggest polluter ahead of the United States. As a smart and observing people, Chinese have already learned that these symbolic acts that redeem all the crap that is made the rest of the year, in the eyes of public opinion. The only climate change that actually ended was around those responsible citizens who decided to turn off air conditioning and almost froze to death while the damn hour wasn’t over.

April 2 – Get the truth today, but don’t get used to it!
It is believed that April Fool’s Day has its origin in France in the XVI century, when the new year was celebrated in the beginning of spring, during a week that ended on April 1. When the Gregorian calendar was adopted, in 1582, the French began to celebrate the year on January 1, and those who maintained the former habit became a pretext for jokes and lies. So every year on April 1, preposterous lies are told by the press, which are uncovered the next day. Therefore, April 2 is the truly special day; the only day of the year where telling the truth is the rule, because in matter of lying April 1 is no exception: no truth should ever spoil a great headline!

Women are better leaders than men
Women continue to let themselves be carried away by studies that say they are better than men, and therefore should occupy more top decision-making positions, in which they continue to be a minority. As everyone knows, the top positions are rarely held by those who prove to be more competent, whether they are men or women, but by psychopathic maniacs for power, capable of doing just everything for it. So, any woman who wants to be a leader should not try to be more competent, but instead she must develop her criminal skills, in which men are known to be superior.

Sexual Revolution: women will wear the pants, men will have the headaches
The industrial revolution and the sexual revolution have one thing in common: much less manual labor. In her new book, Liza Mundy explains why sexual relations will suffer profound changes as a result of increasing economic independence of women. Women will cease to depend on men, and will seek for themselves who they want and what they want. So if you always dreamed of being a sex object you can now start rubbing your hands because your time is coming. As for pigheaded men, they can always move to Sudan, Saudi Arabia and other countries where tradition is respected.

New iPhone application ends with privacy once and for all
The Highlight will give us the profile of those around us, will notify us of their presence when they share common interests and will give us the location of our friends. The promoter of the app says that passing by so many people every day without knowing anything about them is ridiculous. We never heard such a complaint before, and we wonder how much Apple will pay us for carrying their new device and making part of their catalog of people available to be interrupted by strangers at every minute. Perhaps it is good to remember an important social rule: no one approaches the other with good intentions.

Where to be female in the world
This interesting chart shows us what are the countries women have more and less opportunities in the economic world, when compared to men. This is a good indicator of the relative position of women in these societies in general. The values in the chart have evolved slowly throughout history because men are reluctant to lose their power. But they can see things in a positive way: there will come the day they will get jewelry and will be invited to dinner in return for staying away from politics and business. The question is: why do men continue to delay their own happiness?

Bin Laden may have been betrayed by one of his wives
The former leader of Al Qaeda managed to escape everybody for 10 years, but not from his jealous wife. This is the thesis of a Pakistani researcher, who explains the terrorist was living with two wives, but a third one came to disrupt the family. Bin Laden was suffering from dementia and wasn’t able to put order in the home, having been denounced precisely by this third wife. So, those of you who live happily with two women, think well when you remember to find a third one. If the most wanted man in the world ended as we all know, you might not have better luck.

Today is International Women's Day
Today, the world will be celebrating this day dedicated to this minority group in our society, particularly in bars at night or in key positions in political or economic decision-making. For the vast majority of women around the world, today is a special day, which they will celebrate working hard, caring for their children, their families and their homes, and putting up with their drunk and rude husbands. But, for a small minority, will be a normal day, in which they make speeches and receive chocolates and flowers. For men, here’s a hint: in this day, women are especially defenseless and open to approaches and flattery. So, take a bath; today can be your lucky day!

Women prefer upset men
Shiri Cohen, a researcher at Massachusetts, came to the conclusion that men like to see women happy, as they prefer to see them upset or frustrated. She admits that, seeming natural to like to see our partner happy, it is puzzling to like to see him upset, but explains that’s due to different ways of communicating our emotions and feeling commitment, which is what really matters. We express our deepest sympathy to the boyfriend of this study's author who, having to deal with this kind of conversation day after day, really can’t have any positive emotions to communicate, thus making Dr. Cohen very happy.

Lukashenko says “it’s better to be a dictator than gay”
Guido Westewelle, the German foreign minister and openly gay, said Alexander Lukashenko is the last dictator of Europe, to which he replied: "It’s better to be dictator than gay." Being gay is normal in most countries, but we noticed that Lukashenko has openly assumed to be a dictator. The Western world is still full of prejudice about the dictators, and this forces them to hide in shame and pretending to be democrats, forging free elections and simulating freedom of speech. By pressing the Belarusian regime for offending human rights, the EU apparently hoped to restrain Lukashenko, but ended up by making him come out of the closet. What a sharp move!

Prisoners of Connecticut will be force fed if necessary
The Supreme Court of Connecticut held that prisoners must be force-fed when they do not wish to do so by their own. This means the guards actually will have to hold any stubborn man who doesn’t want to eat and stick a tube in his mouth down which he will be fed – a practice described as barbaric. Based on our knowledge of the digestive process, surely the same court will soon determine that the prisoners will have to dump by force, if they willingly won’t. We look forward to know what will be the technique to apply then.

Retailers try to deal with fraudulent returns
We can already buy almost anything and have a return period, with refund, and many people take advantage of these policies in practice, take things borrowed. Women buying clothes are the majority, but there are also those who buy HD TV large screens to see big matches. Now retailers are trying to create databases of this type of buyers, creating dedicated desks to the refunds or collect them at home, also to keep the screaming scenes off their stores. So, the next time you try this, think well, it can be more difficult to bring back your money than usual.

Psychologists say that the rich are more dishonest
Psychologists at the University of Berkeley, California, conducted a study that concluded that people of upper classes lie and cheat more than those of the lower classes. Everyone knew that is through greed and lack of ethics that people ascend socially as moral behavior only benefits others. But it is important this scientific confirmation of the common sense. Unless these psychologists, most certainly high-class people, have made this all up only to appear on the news. Here at The Caricaturist, as we are good people, we are one of those who are always ready to be deceived willingly.

China less harsh on birth control
China will soften the slogans they have been using in favor of its policy of each couple to have only one child. Instead of being raw direct, threatening with sterilization or with the demolition of the family house, will now be more restrained. With the growing influence of China in the Western world, perhaps the countries with an aged population can find in this an inspiration for a rejuvenation policy, suggesting to couples to have more children, saying, for example: "If you have less than six kids, your holidays will have just three months."
